Ergonomics Regulations, 2019

The South African Department of Employment and Labour published the Ergonomics Regulations, 2019 and a guidance note on 6 December 2019. Subsequent to this publication, Temporary exemption was granted on 19 May 2020 from compliance with Regulations 6 and 8 of the Ergonomics Regulations until 30th June 2021.

Legricon developed this course to provide employers and occupational health and safety professionals insight into the requirements which must be complied with Ergonomics Regulations, 2019.

Copies of the Regulation, the presentation and a compliance protocol are also made available as part of the course.

Enrolment Options:

2.        Employers can enroll and pay for their employees to attend the training as follows:

a.        On request, Legricon will submit a quotation for the number of persons to attend the training.

b.        On receipt of a Purchase Order or Payment, Legricon will supply Voucher Codes for the number of attendees ordered.

c.        The attendees will Enroll, enter a Voucher Code, and can then do the online training.
