Construction Regulations, 2014 Course Content
On completion of this course the learner will be able to assist the Employer with Construction Regulations compliance management. This course enables the learner to:
- Identify when the Construction Regulations apply to projects.
- Implement measures to ensure compliance with Client's, Principal Contractor's and Contractor's duties and responsibilities.
- Ensure compliance with all technical Construction Regulations requirements such as excavation, scaffolding, demolition work, temporary works, etc.
Any person who is to be appointed in terms of the Construction Regulations, such as Construction Managers, Assistant Construction Managers, Construction Health and Safety Agents, Managers and Officers, Construction Supervisors and other technical appointments, should complete this course to be regarded as a "Competent Person".
