The Workshop
This comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Committee Workshop is designed to equip committee members with the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills needed to effectively fulfil their workplace health, safety, and environmental responsibilities. Participants will gain a clear understanding of the key roles and duties of HSE committee members, including how to actively contribute to workplace safety governance and ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
The workshop covers essential topics such as risk identification and management, incident reporting and investigation, emergency preparedness, and strategies for promoting and sustaining a positive safety culture. Participants will learn how to proactively identify hazards, assess and manage risks, recommend corrective actions, and monitor the implementation of safety measures to ensure effectiveness.
